Topped it with delicious alphanso mango icecream( i added small pieces too after completing the whipping procedure). The icecream tasted even better than store bought. Just made a little replacement. Thanks for your message. The kulfi wil...Hey Mugdha! Thanks for your message. The kulfi will melt halfway in 3-4 hours. It will become almost like a mousse as you said. Just make sure you freeze it overnight or 24 hours before putting it in the refrigerator. It should work fine then. The bottom layer as a cake n this mango icecream layer on top of it. After i put it in freezer overnight, can i place it in the normal fridge compartment 3-4 hours before consumption, as if i give it to guest directly from freezer, the cake wl b too hard....
